Bright Futures for Families

Bright Futures for Families, currently in the development phase, will be an integral component of the Bright Futures in Practice series. Two organizations, Family Voices and the National Parent Network on Disabilities, are sharing the lead on the creation of materials developed by families for families. Topics of interest to adolescents and families of adolescents will also be included. These tools will prepare families for health supervision to make them full participants in this process, will demonstrate the value of health supervision, and will inform families about what to expect from health professionals.
